I am paneled with most insurance companies [including Regence BCBS (Premera), PacificSource/Reliant, OHP, Aetna, and Cigna. Please check with your insurance company to verify your coverage (deductible,copay, etc.).
In addition to insurance coverage, some employee benefit plans allow for mental health coverage. Please check your coverage carefully.
Cash Rates
$90 for a 50 minute session
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will incure a $50 fee
(unless I am able to reschedule you some time later in the same week).
